ComPACS Echo Cardiovascular Reporting Module is a structured reporting tool for a fully automated and complete digital workflow.

The module enables users to maximize their efficiency by minimizing their time spent performing redundant and time consuming clerical jobs. ComPACS imports measurements performed on the imaging system through standard DICOM SR (Structured Report) data.

For users who are not comfortable typists, simply clicking on anatomic tabs, then selecting the desired function and/or pathology check boxes completes the narrative content of a report quickly and easily.

All the narrative is customizable at the user’s request should individual interpreters have unique or preferred syntax, or as diagnostic criteria may change.

A preview of the final report is available on a second monitor in dual monitor mode or accessed by an additional tab in single monitor mode.

Upon finishing a report to their satisfaction, the interpreting physician can immediately finalize and electronically sign the report with only two mouse clicks. In larger facilities, multi-level user report verification is supported prior to finalization.

Upon finalization, ComPACS directly creates an IHE compliant encapsulated Adobe® PDF copy of the report for fast retrieval and review. Reports remain permanently attached to the study.
