MediMatic collaborates with
Mortara Instrument to allow ComPACS to support
the DICOM ECG format.

Following
Mortara
Instrument announcement of its adoption of the DICOM
standard for diagnostic ECG,
MediMatic announces the extension of
ComPACS to support the storage, archival and review
of the DICOM ECG format together with Cardiac DICOM
images and reports.
At the forthcoming
World
Congress of Cardiology in Barcelona, Spain,
MediMatic will present this feature by hosting in its
booth a Mortara ECG machine connected to the ComPACS
server. Analogously, during the show, a ComPACS
workstation will also be available at the Mortara booth
to exhibit the same features.
